Diagnostic & Preventive Services
Diagnostic & Preventive Services
BEAUMONT TEXAS DENTAL performs a comprehensive exam at initial dental visits, which includes digital x-rays, oral cancer screening, gum disease screening, and examination for tooth decay. By examining the digital x-rays our team can detect decay, bone loss, tumors, cavities, cysts, and numerous other dental situations.
We also checks for signs of oral cancer in the mouth, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums. Gingivitis is the earliest form of gum disease that can resolve with good oral hygiene. If left untreated, gingivitis can lead to periodontitis, a condition that causes pocketing around the teeth and tooth loss. Our dentist provides an oral prophylaxis procedure by removing plaque and tartar that has built up on teeth and polishing the teeth to remove external stains.

Tooth Color Restoration
Tooth Color Restoration
A dental restoration or dental filling is a treatment to restore the function, integrity, and morphology of missing tooth structure resulting from caries or external trauma. It can also be the replacement of such structure supported by dental implants.
If a tooth is severely decayed, infected, or broken the Company provides a root canal treatment or tooth extraction. Our dentist at BEAUMONT TEXAS DENTAL can protect a weak tooth, restore an already broken tooth, cover and support a tooth with a large filling when there is not a lot of tooth left, cover a dental implant, or make a cosmetic modification by placing dental crowns.
BEAUMONT TEXAS DENTAL offers prosthetic devices constructed to replace missing teeth and provides both partial and complete dentures.

Teeth Cleaning
Teeth Cleaning
Taking good care of your teeth and supporting tissues by brushing twice a day and flossing in addition to visiting your dentist every 6 months for a cleaning isn’t just about preventing cavities and bad breath. The mouth is a window to an overall healthy body, a number of systemic diseases have oral manifestations which can lead to an early diagnosis by the dentist. The mouth is filled by a number of different bacterial strains, some of these are linked to tooth decay and periodontal disease. Periodontal disease may be connected to Diabetes, heart disease and stroke. By maintaining a proper oral hygiene schedule and regular exams and cleanings with our dentist you benefit from not only a healthy mouth but also a healthy body.

Oral Cancer Screening
Oral Cancer Screening
BEAUMONT TEXAS DENTAL offers a holistic approach to patients’ dental care, which includes an oral cancer screening as a part of the regular exam. Like many kinds of cancer, oral cancer can be life threatening if not diagnosed and treated early. According to Health Cleveland Clinic, regular dental checkups help patients to identify tooth or gum problems in their earliest stages.
According to a Vigilant Biosciences survey, only 36% of patients reported that they were screened for oral cancer at their last dental checkup and 81% of patients would like to be screened for oral cancer at every dental checkup. Ms. Kauser Shereen advises patients to have regular dentist appointments every six months.

Crown & Bridge
Crown & Bridge
Do you have missing teeth causing you to hide your smile? Is it hard for you to chew food due to fractured teeth or sensitive teeth? We can talk about choices that may help fix your smile. Crowns are full coverage metal, porcelain or ceramic ‘caps’ which are used to cover a tooth which is either fractured, has a very large restoration or had a root canal treatment to protect them and serve function and esthetics. Bridges are used when one or a few teeth are missing. They replace the missing tooth or teeth with false ones. A permanent or fixed bridge is cemented onto specially prepared teeth on either side of the space.

Children Dentistry
Children Dentistry
According to the U.S. centers for disease control, dental caries(cavities) is the most common chronic childhood disease with more than 16 million children suffering from untreated tooth decay in the U.S. Oral disease causes children to miss 51 million school hours and their parents to lose 25 million work hours annually. This can be avoided by prevention, parent and child education and early detection and treatment.
Baby teeth are very important to your child’s health and development. They help him or her chew, speak and smile. They also hold space in the jaws for permanent teeth that are growing under the gums. When a baby tooth is lost too early, the permanent teeth can drift into the empty space and make it difficult for other adult teeth to find room when they come in. This can make teeth crooked or crowded. That’s why starting infants off with good oral care can help protect their teeth for decades to come.
Our office and dentist are child friendly having multiple years of experience treating the little ones.

Sleep Dentistry
Sleep Dentistry
Oral Appliances for Sleep-Related Breathing Disorders have proven to benefit people with snoring problems and mild sleep apnea. Evidence shows that oral appliances, specifically custom-made, titratable devices, can improve obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adult patients compared to no therapy or placebo devices. OAs are generally less effective than continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) but have a role in patients who are intolerant of or who reject CPAP. The AASM/AADSM guideline/systematic review found that patient adherence with OAs was better than that for CPAP and that OAs have fewer adverse effects that result in discontinuation of therapy, compared with CPAP. (A 2015 clinical practice guideline from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine/American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AASM/AADSM, based on a systematic review and meta-analysis)

Teeth Whitening
Teeth Whitening
Whitening treatments can be effective on both extrinsic and intrinsic staining. Safe and effective whitening options are available for at-home or in-office applications.
The at-home option involves use of a whitening gel by the patient at home, which they place in customized trays made in the office to fit comfortably and minimize contact of the gel with the gingiva. The in-office option involves application of a gel, used with a light intended to accelerate and enhance the bleaching process.Whitening may not be an option for all patients, for example, in people with tooth-colored restorations. Temporary tooth sensitivity and gingival inflammation are potential adverse effects associated with whitening.
Dental Implants
Dental Implants
Dental implants are placed to replace a missing single tooth, hold a bridge or to support a partial or complete denture.
The benefits of implant supported crowns and dentures are that they don’t shift or slip while eating or speaking. They feel more natural and comfortable, also prevents the shrinking of the natural bone.

Cosmetic Dentistry & Veneers
Cosmetic Dentistry & Veneers
BEAUMONT TEXAS DENTAL provides cosmetic dentistry services such as placing veneers. Dental veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth to improve a tooth’s appearance. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their color, shape, size, or length.
Customers can also choose between two techniques for teeth whitening: customized bleaching (whitening) trays at home and teeth whitening in the dental office.

Partial & Complete Dentures
Partial & Complete Dentures
Removable partial or complete dentures can be made, depending on the number of teeth that need to be replaced. Removable partial dentures typically have a metal framework beneath a plastic base which is colored to look like gum tissue. Artificial teeth are mounted into the base, and the denture attaches to your teeth with metal clasps.
Complete dentures have a resin base that supports the artificial teeth. Complete dentures provide a full set of upper or lower teeth. They can be held in the mouth with dental implants or by a seal that forms between the denture base and the gums with the help of saliva.

Invisalign
Invisalign
Beaumont Texas Dental is also offering its patients with mild to moderate malocclusion a choice of getting Invisalign treatment. In this process the patient wears a series of clear, removable aligners that gradually straighten the teeth. No brackets and wires, but removable aligners which you can take out to eat and clean your teeth.
